Since the number of exam questions increased to approximately 100 on the new CCNA 200-301 exam, can the max # of questions in test mode either be increased to 100 or allow for the all questions selection?

I am having a hard time understanding how they came up with the answer of 0 on this QID. Isn't the host in (172.16.0.202) in the 172.16.0.128/25 subnet? And if that is the case, shouldn't the answer be 38443 since that is the metric of the network with the longest prefix match? Or am I totally missing something here?

One of the correct answers is "In the TCP/IP reference model, PDU encapsulation occurs on the network layer." but in the TCP/IP model, there is no network layer; it should read "Internet layer" because as it is right now, that answer is incorrect.
