		Link-state routing protocols use link bandwidth in the best route calculation and the route through T3 has a higher bandwidth available, so it has the least path cost. T1 = 1.544 Mbps FastEthernet = 100 Mbps. T3 = aggregation of 28 T1 circuits = 44.736 Mbps
