Now I see there is a 1.1 version of the ENCOR. Should I review that one only or both the 1.1 and original sets?

CCNP ENCOR v1.1 exam includes a couple of new and updated topics compared to the v1.0 version. Key changes include enhancements to STP, specifically Root Guard and BPDU Guard, and additions related to multicast protocols like RPF check. The exam format also includes lab items at the beginning, followed by multiple-choice questions.

In our practice test, ENCOR v1.1 is should be practiced first. Then if you have time, you can go through v1.0 questions set for additional learning.
