The exhibit shows ip address 107.73.65.64 but the answer states 10.73.65.66

The answer is correct. IP address 10.73.65.66 is the host address on the subnet 10.73.65.64/32. So the IP address 10.73.65.66 is the next hop address in the ip route command, that is correct. The next hop address should be a host address and not a network address.
The "ip route 172.21.34.0 255.255.255.128 10.73.65.66" command instructs the router to send all traffic destined for the network 172.21.34.0 255.255.255.128 to the next hop address 10.73.65.66.

However, there was a typo in the exhibit, that is now corrected - 107 changed to 10.
