I remember reading somewhere that the BSCI was going to be receiving and update soon. Do you have a time frame for this admin?

Hey
Hi All,
Passed BSCI on yesterday with 911!!
I had eigrp/isis redistribution
OSPF stub area
Eigrp stub/address summarisation!!! .
Guess what my first question was the lab of Eigrp stub and summarization troobleshooting , not easy wasted more than 20 minutes on it without manage.. so be careful guys.
The rest of the questions were a fair mix of everything really, Dont forget to revised the Big 3 : IS-IS , Multicasting and IPV6..
Materials :
BSCI official study guide
CBT nuggets
Lab portfolio
Portable command guide
H2p
P4s
Testking
Studied during 6 months
Good Luck

Exam felt a little easier then H2P practice exams, this due mainly to how easy the simulators were to use. Also worth noting is that the '?' is usable in the exam, helping you with options for the next CLI entry.
Questions very similar to what I had practised on H2P, making this not only extremely good for learning the content needed, but very good value for money.
BSCI again for me, this time with H2P help. Then after CCIP or CCNP....

Passed ICND1 today, scored 902 / 1000
To be honest, not a bad exam, the first question relating to Frame Relay DCLI was abit tricky but, was good.
Study up on your
RIPv2
WAN
Interface management / troubleshooting
you'll be fine!

Hi All,
Passed BSCI on Friday with 955!!
I had eigrp/isis redistribution
OSPF stub area
Eigrp stub/address summarisation?? - Yeah, that caught me off guard and i think that may have been where i dropped points. Basically, rtr2 couldn't see rtr3 (i think it was set as receive only) also had to summarise rtr3 addressing so that the routing table only contained 2 routes.
The rest of the questions were a fair mix of everything really, no particular topic stood out. A few questions on IPv6 that i hadn't seen before, but that's why you will need to know your stuff.
Everything else was covered on H2P and in the cisco books, also have a lab at home which i study on.
I was getting around the 95% mark everytime on a random test with 60 questions (the test had 61) so if your hitting that mark consistently then you should be OK.
Good Luck
Lee

Just passed ICND1, was not as hard as I thought. They threw me a curve ball by putting a hard question as my 1st question and throwing me off my game. Even thought I passed time to move on to the ICND2.
