planning for CCNA

Hi
I am new to this forum, just registered today as I have plans to do CCNA course.
I have few questions before I do it. Can anyone help me please?
I work as a technical support agent in UK.
I have seen most of the employers asking for experienced CCNA guys. So, can it be really tough to find a job once you have done this course?
And, what about the jobs itself?

Hey mate,having CCNA will be great to add to your list of qaulifications,however in the real world
experience will have to be a plus for you to get a job.So basically you need two things; experience
and the qaulification only having one could make it very difficult for you to get a job.This is not only
in the computer field but all jobs out there.
