When I configure a similar setup in GNS3, I get the network advertised. I do not need the "ip ospf network point-to-point" command to have the loopback route advertised in OSPF.
The loopback will be advertised as a /32 with the original configuration. If you make the changes according to the answer, the loopback will be advertised as a /24 as it has been configured.
