I'm getting conflicting answers when researching online. Your Test says its B but I'm seeing a lot that C is the actual answer. Which one is it?

Can anyone explain why the answer to this question is B-Change the timezone on the vSmart to Europe/London? At least according to How2pass.
Others say that D-Reconfigure the system-ip parameter on vSmart to 11.1.1.2. I don't understand that one either because it already is configured with that IP.
The only right answer I see is to change the IP address in vBond to 11.1.1.3/24 to match the subnet masks in vManage and vSmart. But, that isn't an options.
Thoughts?
