Exhibit shows that the acl is applied to the interface

Inbound access list ENARSI-ACL

Not sure what the correct answer is but applying the acl to the interface is wrong

In the original question, the access list in the "show ipv6 interface" output was named ENRASI-ACL. We removed it thinking it was a typo, but maybe that misspelling was intended. Please refer to the updated explanation of the question.
