Maybe the exhibit is missing some information, but the output of show route-map command is indicating the effect of distribute list seq 10 which denies the route specified by access list1.

QID:AR100. Configured this question in the lab and answer "Modify the access list to deny the route to 192.168.2.2" does not work. Answer "Add a floating static route to reach to 192.168.2.2 with administrative distance higher than OSPF" works no matter if AD is higher, lower or the same as OSPF. Answer "Add a sequence 20 in the route map to permit access list 1" does not work. Answer "Modify the access list to add a second line of permit ip any any" is not a valid command with a standard access list and also doesn’t work even if you leave off the second “any”. Therefore Answer "Modify distribute list seq 10 to permit the route to 192.168.2.2" must be the other correct answer and when then say “distribute-list” they mean the route-map RM-OSPF-DL.
