For troubleshooting control plane policing, the current "correct" answer of action "set-clp-transmit" doesn't seem correct.     My research on that command lists

[b]set-clp-transmit [/b]value
Sets the ATM Cell Loss Priority (CLP) bit to 1 on the ATM cell.

I think the correct answer would be to pir for BGP, confirm-action transmit & exceed action transmit ?

the other option that set-frde-transmit is wrong as well. This sets the Frame Relay Discard Eligibility (DE) bit from 0 to 1 on the Frame Relay frame and transmits the packet

It's either police the pir or shape the cir with confirm-action transmit or exceed-action transmit
