Hi, i try to sign up CCNP route. I was told my account is not valid. 
Can i check the forum access and the test online access is using different username?

If you create an account on the forum, it will not work for product purchase. You need to signup again on the signup/purchase page:
https://www.how2pass.com/em/signup

However, if you first purchase a product, your account will work on the forum as well.
