VLAN's and VTP= QID:NA266

Last line in answer to question states that- "In this case the configuration is adding a local port to a VLAN.  Even if the switch was in VTP Server mode, the association of local switch ports to the VLANs would not be propagated to other switches via VTP messages."

A server won't propagate this change in its vlan database to other switches?  I'm sure this is simple, but what am I missing here?

Its in transparent mode, so it wont pass anything.

Duh.....missed that.  But, I passed ICND2 today so I guess I didn't miss much there!  WooooHoooo!!!!!!

can you summarize what questions were on there?
what sims did they have?
how many  ipv6 questions?
eigrp, rip, ospf, pvstp, rstp+
