bcarlson. It is one of those trick questions. If the first 3 answers were priority numbers in the switched network, then they would've been originally been either the primary or secondary root bridges. So, with 16384 being the priority and secondary root number (on both switches), 20480 is the only priority number that could've been on the switched network.
